Baby Bowen is a gentle yet highly effective set of moves that are made, initially on your baby’s upper back and chest, and was devised to help calm baby-related issues – it is a simple, natural system for soothing babies and infants.

The Baby Bowen principle is essentially used up to about the age of 3, beginning treatment in the thoracic area (chest/upper back) as this is a child's centre of gravity - after the first session standard Bowen moves may be added, where necessary, depending on presenting condition.

The initial hands-on session may only need 15 minutes, and this gentle but effective treatment is all that is required, for such a small body. Subsequent treatments will generally have procedures added, as and when necessary.
